Senior Demand Planner

About the role

Almeera is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts, optimise inventory levels and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The role ensures product availability across the company’s 65+ stores and digital channels, driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends and business inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyse demand variances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Operations to align demand and supply plans.
• Support S&OP meetings by providing demand insights and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify risks of stock shortages or excess.
• Prepare demand planning reports, KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and planning systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and S&OP processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with demand planning tools.
• Knowledge of the Relex System.
