Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation business across multiple markets and needs a senior finance professional to build and maintain the financial infrastructure. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders, providing insight into cash flow, performance, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve daily financial reporting and control processes.
• Identify manual, repetitive finance tasks and design automated workflows in partnership with engineering.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other distribution channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable and receivable, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review supplier invoices and company expenses.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in finance analysis, reporting and accounting within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate financial data.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with operations, revenue management and property teams.
• Ambition to progress toward finance‑leadership roles.
