Senior HR Manager – Lead Multiple HR Functions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with over 16 years of experience to lead multiple HR functions and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The role will oversee HR teams, manage resources, and advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement HR plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage resources and departmental priorities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters.
• Monitor performance, governance and organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications (advantageous).
• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for (16+ years indicated).
• Strong experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability (advantageous).
