About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Senior HSE Officer in Doha to lead HSE and process safety activities. The role covers risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW and contractor HSE performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities.
- Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
- Conduct risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, what-if studies and take part in QRA.
- Review MOC for process, equipment and chemical changes.
- Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities.
- Promote process safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory; CSP certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process safety.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW and JSA.
- Process safety management.
