Senior Inspector – QA/QC Multi Discipline

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Inspector specialized in QA/QC across multiple disciplines to lead inspection activities on construction, oil & gas, and EPC projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing non‑conformance reports, and coordinating with clients and third‑party inspectors.

Key responsibilities

• Apply QA/QC processes, quality management systems and inspection methodologies on site.
• Review material inspection reports, test certificates, calibration certificates and maintain quality records.
• Conduct and supervise Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) methods in accordance with applicable standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists and corrective action reports.
• Maintain project documentation control and ensure proper traceability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of QA/QC inspection experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• 15+ years of mechanical welding inspection experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, CSWIP 3.2.2, BGAS Gr.2, NACE Level 2, API 570/510/653, ISO 9712/ASNT/PCN.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API and ISO standards and ability to read technical drawings.
