Senior Manager – Balance Sheet Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Balance Sheet Management will lead the bank's balance sheet activities, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements. This role supports both internal and external stakeholders to optimise the bank's financial position.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with approved budgets, policies and procedures for balance sheet operations.
• Implement KPIs and best practices to drive cost efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal units and provide accurate information to auditors, compliance, and risk functions.
• Oversee buy/sell deals, MIS reporting on profitability and revenue, and ensure adherence to Board‑approved limits.
• Coordinate timely transaction processing with Treasury Operations and prepare reports under the supervision of the SVP, Balance Sheet Management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in balance sheet management within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external auditors.
• Cost‑conscious mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
