About the role
Nair Systems is recruiting a Senior Manager Business Analyst for its Qatar operations, focused on financial institutions and cross-sale. The joining timeframe is 2 weeks, maximum 1 month.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in a highly rated international bank.
- Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis or Transformation roles.
- Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.
Required skills
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management and Global Markets solutions.
- Excellent oral and written English; Arabic preferred.
