Senior Manager, Digital IT & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives in Doha. The role focuses on delivering innovative technology solutions that boost business performance, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify, design, and implement digital solutions that improve processes and service delivery.
• Drive automation, AI, data analytics, and emerging‑technology projects.
• Partner with business leaders to translate challenges into technology‑driven solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs from strategy through adoption.
• Champion change management and ensure user adoption of digital platforms.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that create measurable business value.
• Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives and technology investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, digital solutions, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation and business modernization projects.
• Experience delivering digital platforms, process automation, enterprise applications, cloud solutions and customer‑focused technologies.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, automation and digital innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and change‑management skills.
