About the role
Lead Talabat Qatar’s supply ecosystem, ensuring a sustainable, high‑quality rider base and driving growth across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand.
- Lead long‑term supply forecasting, planning, and launch new channels such as female riders, refugees, micro‑financing and e‑bikes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, set KPIs/SLAs and ensure compliance.
- Oversee on‑ground operations team, monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Drive automation, technology‑enabled initiatives and equipment management to maintain standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in fast‑paced environments, food‑tech logistics a plus.
- Proven management experience with ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel to Talabat markets as needed.
