Senior Manager – Market Research

About the role

NIQ is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the full lifecycle of quantitative market research projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving cross‑sell and upsell opportunities while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding and servicing their research needs.
• Identify and generate cross‑sell/upsell opportunities across research types such as C‑SAT/MS, brand health tracking, and usage‑and‑attitude studies.
• Guide teams through questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing, and client presentations, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Provide project execution advice, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal departments for data collection and processing.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and stakeholder management, delivering actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on quantitative projects.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market is a preferred advantage.
