Senior Manager Technical Engagement & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, experienced Senior Manager to act as a business partner in technology roadmap planning and to oversee the digital products roadmap from an IT delivery perspective. The role involves leading large‑scale technology projects and ensuring high‑impact digital solutions for the business and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align enterprise architecture with strategic goals.
• Strategize and plan the technology roadmap, ensuring it is value‑driven rather than a feature factory.
• Oversee the digital products roadmap, guaranteeing timely funding of Agile teams for continuous delivery.
• Design, develop and maintain enterprise architecture for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service levels, and guide future vendor product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology engagement and delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong background in modern development practices and tools.
• Extensive experience leading Agile teams and projects.
• Experience with cloud‑based architectures and technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.
• Experience delivering B2C digital and retail solutions.
