About the role
Foreground is partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation in Qatar to appoint a Senior Project Director who will oversee national‑scale development programmes spanning transportation, utilities and civil works.
Key responsibilities
- Full responsibility for project governance, delivery oversight and contractor performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
Required profile
- Deep experience in major infrastructure programmes with strong background in project controls and engineering management.
- Proven ability to manage large contractors and deliver capital projects within demanding timelines.
