Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure (Design)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure design projects in Qatar. You will be responsible for driving project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate cross‑functional team meetings, assign responsibilities, and resolve conflicts.
• Create and manage comprehensive project budgets, track expenditures, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and obtain necessary permits.
• Monitor key performance indicators, review schedule, budget, quality and risk data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide regular status reports to sponsors and engage with stakeholders, including end‑users and community groups.
• Review contracts thoroughly, coordinate with legal and procurement, and oversee delivery of contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project control and finance teams to monitor cash flow and facilitate timely client payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant design and project management experience.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PE, or CENG.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex infrastructure projects.
