Senior QA/QC Engineer – Construction & Data Centers

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer with over 12 years of experience to lead quality assurance and control on large‑scale construction projects, including mission‑critical data centres. The role will oversee the implementation of quality management systems, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and support successful project delivery and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage project‑specific QA/QC processes in line with project requirements and quality standards.
• Review and monitor contractor Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, procedures, and method statements.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Oversee material inspections, testing activities, factory inspections, and site acceptance processes.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and preventive actions, ensuring timely closure.
• Conduct regular quality audits, surveillance inspections and monitor execution of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and specialist systems installations.
• Coordinate with resident engineers, discipline engineers, contractors and client representatives to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Prepare quality performance reports, audit findings, inspection summaries and KPI dashboards for project management and clients.
• Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and operational readiness from a quality assurance perspective.
• Verify project close‑out documentation, handover records and final quality dossiers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale construction or data‑center projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing ITPs, NCR/CAR processes, material inspections and quality audits.
