Senior Security Officer – Hotel Security Lead

About the role

As a Senior Security Officer you will safeguard guests, team members and property while leading the hotel’s security operations. You will combine strong leadership with proactive risk management to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who steps through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, identifying and mitigating safety and security risks.
• Lead preliminary incident investigations, gather evidence, interview parties and produce timely reports.
• Prepare, review and maintain accurate security logs, incident records and shift documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response for fires, medical incidents, security threats and other hazards, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Provide professional assistance to guests on security‑related matters, maintaining discretion and efficiency.
• Mentor and train Security Officers, fostering high performance, accountability and adherence to policies.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations and security procedures, recommending improvements.
