Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of social media strategies for multiple brands, working on‑site in Ash Shamal, Qatar. You will create content calendars, craft brand‑aligned copy, and oversee paid campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Create and maintain content calendars, write compelling captions, and coordinate with designers and videographers.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, managing budgets and targeting.
• Monitor community engagement, manage publishing schedules, and provide live event coverage.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Based in Qatar and available for a full‑time, on‑site role.
• Proven experience leading social media accounts and campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful content, campaigns, and measurable results.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in paid advertising setup, audience targeting, tracking, budget management and optimisation.
• In‑depth knowledge of LinkedIn organic content, company pages, paid campaigns and analytics.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
