Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade telecom CRM applications. The role focuses on building scalable, modular solutions using Oracle Access Portal (OAP) and modern web technologies to support the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CRM applications with PHP (Yii2) and Oracle Database.
• Implement customer, account, service, subscription and billing management features.
• Handle end‑to‑end development, covering frontend, backend and Oracle DB integration.
• Implement Role‑Based Access Control, security controls, audit logging and monitoring.
• Develop real‑time validation, data grids and workflow automation components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, application and database issues.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Access Portal and telecom CRM development.
• Strong understanding of customer, service, subscription and billing processes in telecommunications.
• Experience in OSS/BSS environments and enterprise application architecture.
• Focus on security, audit and compliance in application development.
