About the role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will shape end‑to‑end architecture, ensure scalability, security and integration with enterprise data platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the end‑to‑end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM‑based solutions.
- Design scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
- Lead technical architecture for new services, enhancements, integrations and transformation initiatives.
- Review existing architecture, identify optimisation and modernisation opportunities.
- Design integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs and external systems.
- Define API, data flow, authentication and security architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
- Review technical designs, solution documents and integration specifications.
- Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with security, data protection and governance standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues and points of failure.
- Participate in architecture review boards and technical decision‑making.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 + years of IT experience with strong solution/enterprise architecture background.
- At least 5 + years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, high availability and disaster recovery.
