Senior Systems Analyst – Finance (SAP)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst (Finance) to design, build and continuously improve SAP finance solutions across Nakilat and its joint ventures. You will lead SAP FSCM and TRM implementations, support end‑users, and drive automation of manual finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP FSCM / SAP TRM implementation projects and provide ongoing system support.
• Deliver post‑implementation support for finance, controlling, project systems and treasury modules.
• Assist finance divisions with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including GR/IR clearing, currency valuation and internal order settlement.
• Collaborate with SAP ABAP and Basis teams to design custom developments, roles and authorisations.
• Create training material and conduct SAP training for end‑users.
• Design and configure enhancements, RFC changes and resolve service‑desk tickets.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP Data Sphere.
• Maintain RFCs, project documentation and business process records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 5‑7 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a similar finance‑focused role.
• Specialised certification in SAP FICO/FSCM preferred.
• Strong client‑facing, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
