Senior Telecom Engineer

About the role

The Senior Telecom Engineer will support major business functions by providing specialised IT/telecommunication expertise, planning work to meet objectives and KPIs, and monitoring project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control installed or virtual telecom system hardware and software across multiple platforms and networks.
• Configure and use automation tools for provisioning, testing, and deployment of telecom infrastructure.
• Contribute to planning, installation, and maintenance of telecom systems, including virtualised environments.
• Define, document and execute small‑scale projects, managing risks, issues and incident resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer, telecom, IT, electrical, or related).
• Minimum 8 years of IT/telecom experience with knowledge of national and international standards.
• Demonstrated project management and IT support experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
