Senior Treasury Risk Analyst

About the role

The Senior Treasury Risk Analyst assesses, analyzes and mitigates risks that could affect the organization's operations and financial performance. The role covers financial and operational risks and ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the organization, including financial, treasury and strategic risks.
• Develop and maintain risk management models to quantify and mitigate treasury-related risks.
• Monitor risk exposures and recommend ways to minimize threats to the group.
• Assist in preparing risk reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze trends and data to identify emerging risks and stay up to date on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Support the development of treasury risk management policies and procedures.
• Run stress tests and scenario analyses, and help develop crisis management and contingency plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years of GCC experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in sectors such as banking, insurance and manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Required skills

• SAP functional ERP knowledge is required.
• Experience with risk management software and tools.
