Senior Utilities Infrastructure Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Utilities Infrastructure Advisor with deep expertise in drainage and wastewater systems. The role involves providing technical guidance, reviewing performance, and supporting the optimisation of large‑scale infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical advice on the design, operation and maintenance of drainage and wastewater networks.
• Analyse operational data to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement measures.
• Assist in maintenance planning, asset optimisation and lifecycle management.
• Ensure all activities comply with engineering standards and environmental regulations.
• Mentor engineering and operations teams, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, recommendations and documentation for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering; Chartered status preferred.
• Extensive experience in drainage or wastewater operations, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, network performance monitoring and asset management.
