About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end user experience engagements, from discovery and research through validation and delivery. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, workshop facilitation, and translating complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX projects from discovery, research, journey mapping and interaction design through to prototyping and validation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Develop UX frameworks, standards and best practices, championing accessibility and inclusive design.
- Mentor designers and contribute to the UX Centre of Excellence.
Required profile
- Strong experience in UX research, user testing and journey mapping.
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end UX projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
