Server Assistant / Busperson

About the role

The Server Assistant is a vital member of the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, supporting the Food Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specifications.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers, and handling crumbs.
• Assist with general food knowledge tasks and maintain high personal presentation.

Required profile

• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
