Site Engineer - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

An experienced Site Engineer is sought to supervise and coordinate the execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, timely completion and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, installation teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee interior fit-out works, including joinery, doors, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, glass and wall finishes.
• Conduct site measurements and verify installation requirements.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, subcontractors and project managers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials and installation schedules.
• Carry out site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely project handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Experience in luxury residential villas is highly preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works and installation techniques.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
