Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

KARTYKARTY, a Qatar‑based fintech company, is seeking a creative and digitally‑savvy Social Media & Content Executive to join its marketing team. You will help shape the brand’s online presence, produce engaging content, and foster a vibrant community across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and maintenance of the social media content calendar.
• Coordinate content schedules with marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Create compelling captions, educational financial posts, and short‑form videos such as Reels, Stories, Shorts and carousels.
• Repurpose existing assets into multiple social formats and leverage current social media trends.
• Identify, outreach and manage collaborations with freelancers, creators and influencers.
• Monitor comments, messages and conversations, respond to queries and escalate feedback to internal teams.
• Track engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance and report insights.

Required profile

• Creative, organized and digitally savvy with a passion for social media.
• Enjoys experimenting and thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex financial concepts into easy‑to‑understand content.
