Software Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Software Test Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing testing activities for enterprise web and mobile applications, ensuring high quality and functional correctness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, API, database, and UAT scenarios.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Execute test cases, document results, report defects, and track them to closure using JIRA.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test design, and execution, ensuring timely completion of testing phases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on reported issues, perform retesting of fixes, and participate in defect calls.
• Analyze existing functionality to identify areas for improvement and maintain clear testing documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Strong focus on quality, functional correctness, and timely delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate testing status, risks, and observations effectively.
