Solutions Engineer

About the role

TrendAI™ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between sales and pre‑sales customers in Qatar. You will guide customers through the selection, deployment, and optimisation of Trend Micro’s next‑gen AI security solutions, helping shape their technical strategy and ensuring successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer journeys and drive successful onboarding and product experiences.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations that highlight product advantages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencing their security architecture and technical strategy.
• Train and enable sales organisations, channel partners, SOC services, CSPs, and MSSPs.
• Provide technical guidance, problem‑solving, and solution design to address customer challenges.
• Work closely with product managers and marketing to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Support customers post‑deployment alongside technical support teams.
• Contribute to departmental best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.
