Spa Manager – Lusail, Qatar

About the role

We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead our spa operations in Lusail, Qatar. The role involves supervising staff across salon, skin‑care, massage, reception and locker‑room areas, ensuring both guest satisfaction and employee engagement while meeting the department’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa activities, including service delivery, reservations and front‑desk operations.
• Assume the Spa Director’s duties in their absence, managing budgets, operating statements and payroll reports.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms within approved budgets.
• Ensure the spa and all related areas remain clean and well‑maintained.
• Monitor financial performance and work to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
• Conduct HR functions such as employee feedback, training, performance coaching and disciplinary processes.
• Support new‑hire orientation and ongoing staff development initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and recognize employee achievements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services or a related hospitality field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and inventory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience supervising a multi‑disciplinary team.
