Spa Service Expert – Spa Receptionist

About the role
We are looking for a Spa Service Expert to join our hotel’s spa team in Doha. The role combines front‑desk duties with guest‑service responsibilities, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable spa experience.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule, confirm and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions and process payments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving light items and reaching overhead.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance).
- Willingness to follow safety procedures, company policies and uniform standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation software.
- Basic cash‑handling and payment processing abilities.
