Spa Service Expert - Therapist

About the role

The Spa Service Expert – Therapist joins our hotel’s spa team to deliver memorable, high‑quality spa experiences for guests. Working on‑site at our Doha property, you will support a range of guest‑facing activities, from promoting services to handling reservations and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule, confirm and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions and process payments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and dress‑code requirements.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving light objects (≤10 lb) and lifting heavier items (≤25 lb) with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification required.
