About the role

This position requires extensive menu knowledge, expertise in food‑and‑beverage pairings, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized, high‑quality service.
• Greet, seat, and engage with guests to create a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Offer expert knowledge on menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet discreet service.
• Handle VIP and high‑profile guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Master themed service techniques.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests with a problem‑solving approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Specialty Waiter/Waitress or in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the restaurant’s cuisine, ingredients, and dining customs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform specialty service techniques.
• Well‑groomed, professional presentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining composure.
• Multilingual skills (Russian language is an advantage).
