About the role
Airswift is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join a leading EPC contractor in Doha, Qatar. The role involves delivering civil and structural design and drafting services, providing technical support, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on oil & gas projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop civil and structural design drawings and models for greenfield and brownfield oil & gas projects.
- Provide technical support and supervision throughout the design lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure design integration.
- Utilise AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks and 3‑D modelling tools (E3D, S3D, Civil 3D) to produce accurate deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in civil/structural design for oil & gas projects.
- Trade apprenticeship, certificate, diploma or advanced diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering Technology.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation and Navisworks.
- Experience using 3‑D modelling software such as E3D, S3D and Civil 3D.
