About the role
Jerry Varghese Consultancy is seeking a Static Equipment Supervisor for an oil & gas shutdown project in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on supervising maintenance and shutdown activities for static equipment, ensuring safe and efficient execution on site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all maintenance and shutdown tasks related to static equipment.
- Coordinate site teams, schedule work, and monitor progress.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Manage workforce allocation and oversee daily site operations.
- Report status, issues, and recommendations to project management.
Required profile
- Relevant oil & gas or shutdown project experience.
- Hands‑on experience with static equipment maintenance.
- Strong supervisory and technical knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate site activities and workforce effectively.
- Relevant position‑specific qualifications and experience.
