About the role
We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding department at our luxury hotel in Doha. The successful candidate will ensure impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation across all back‑of‑house areas, supporting the culinary and food‑and‑beverage teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the stewarding department, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Supervise stewarding staff, schedule and coordinate cleaning activities.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations throughout kitchens and restaurants.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and F&B teams to support efficient kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising stewarding or kitchen sanitation teams.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with multiple departments.
