Stewarding Team Leader – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury brand in Doha as a Stewarding Team Leader. You will oversee the cleanliness, hygiene and efficiency of back‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning and sanitising of kitchens, equipment and food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Supervise receipt, storage and handling of kitchen goods, equipment and stewarding supplies.
• Manage kitchen linen handling, cleaning and storage.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, operational and ready for service periods.
• Oversee stewarding operations during assigned shifts, maintaining brand standards.
• Enforce local health, safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Monitor waste management and disposal in line with environmental standards.
• Conduct shift briefings in the Chief Steward’s absence and control operational costs.
• Support training, coaching and daily supervision of stewarding staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
