Store Manager

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a confidential client in the retail sector. This role offers the chance to lead a store, drive sales performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Drive sales performance, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and analyse sales trends.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, cycle counts and loss‑prevention activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and prepare staff schedules based on business needs.
• Monitor operational costs, manage budgets and produce regular performance reports.
• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate team members while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Proven ability to lead retail teams and drive commercial performance.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
