About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for achieving company objectives by delivering high levels of customer service, driving sales, and ensuring store operations align with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Guide staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Implement operating procedures, visual merchandising standards, and loyalty program promotion.
- Manage stockrooms, minimize stock loss, and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee store administration, audit records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle staff scheduling, leave, grievances and provide feedback to Area and Operations Managers.
Required profile
- Fashionable, well‑groomed with strong product knowledge.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting.
- Vigilant about store security and able to maintain brand policies.
- Knowledgeable about current trends and the group’s brands for suggestive selling.
