Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Qatar)

About the role

Minimalist.ae, a Dubai‑based luxury brand, is opening its first store in Qatar and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the new location. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales performance and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the brand’s philosophy of building relationships rather than just selling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including opening, closing, staffing and visual merchandising.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while improving conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, pricing, inventory movements and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Lead the sales floor, assist VIP clients, resolve complex customer situations and act on feedback promptly.
• Manage the team’s schedule, set daily priorities, conduct performance check‑ins and foster a high‑energy work environment.
• Ensure new hires complete onboarding, provide product updates, reinforce service standards and identify training needs for the Retail Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience in Qatar, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry or accessories.
• Relevant academic degree such as Marketing, Business Administration or Management.
• Professional certifications in sales, management or project management are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
