Store Manager – Retail Operations Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a confidential retail client. The role combines hands‑on store operations with strategic sales leadership, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, maintaining high standards of service and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance, analyse trends, and set targets to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, cycle counts and loss‑prevention activities.
• Prepare staff schedules aligned with business needs and monitor operational costs.
• Produce regular reports on sales, KPIs, inventory and team productivity.
• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate the store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading retail teams and delivering commercial results.
• Strong understanding of stock management, merchandising and sales reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
