Store & Receiving Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Store & Receiving Clerk to join Azizi Foods in Doha. The role involves receiving, staging, and organizing merchandise while ensuring food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify freshness, quality, and correct documentation.
• Stage merchandise by department and mark for proper placement.
• Stack items on pallets or carts and transport to designated areas.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory.
• Store perishables correctly, rotate stock, and maintain sanitation of refrigerators, freezers, and work areas.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and waste, placing them in designated storage.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and follow all company policies and safety training.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect deliveries.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Operate pallet jacks and carts safely.
• Basic inventory management and requisition processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
