About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Supply Admin in Doha for its airline and aviation business. The role keeps inventory control accurate and secure, supports maintenance teams with timely spare parts, ensures compliance with military aviation standards and covers material requisitions, sourcing and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and secure inventory control and support maintenance teams with timely spares availability.
• Ensure compliance with military aviation standards and process material requisitions for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Sourcing of parts, tooling and other material required for aircraft maintenance.
• Review and evaluate quotations from MRO suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with operational needs.
• Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to ensure timely, quality delivery and monitor on-time delivery performance.
• Plan parts and tooling for scheduled maintenance and oversee shelf-life control items and their replenishment upon expiry.
• Maintain records of all parts shipped out for repair via repair orders.

Required profile

• Higher diploma or technical-vocational qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Human factor aviation maintenance training is an advantage; supply chain and procurement training is also an advantage.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
