About the role
The Sustainable Projects Development Officer will identify, evaluate and develop commercially viable projects that deliver financial returns and measurable social impact across priority sectors such as water, food, agriculture, education, healthcare, housing and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess sustainable investment opportunities in target markets and sectors.
- Transform initial concepts into structured, implementation‑ready project proposals.
- Lead feasibility studies, develop business models, revenue streams and financing structures.
- Conduct market, sector and country research to produce actionable investment recommendations.
- Coordinate with financial analysts to build financial models, forecasts and return assessments.
- Maintain a pipeline and database of potential investment opportunities.
