Talent Acquisition Specialist (Qatari)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Doha office. The role is open exclusively to Qatari nationals and involves partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop and publish job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
• Conduct candidate evaluations and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Prepare offers and support onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Prepare recruitment reports, market insights, and hiring updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Qatari nationality (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools is preferred.
