About the role
The Talent & Culture Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new associates at Rosewood Doha, a luxury hospitality destination. You will ensure that every new team member feels welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute to our high‑standard environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new associates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Review and validate onboarding documentation prior to joining.
- Accompany new associates on the Heart of House tour, wardrobe fitting and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate document signing, system registrations and electronic time‑and‑attendance enrollment.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, benefits and internal guidelines clearly and accurately.
- Organise, maintain and update associate records.
