Team Head – Sales Team Lead (Qatar)

About the role

The Team Head will lead a sales team in Qatar, driving revenue, utilization and efficiency targets. This role combines strategic planning, day‑to‑day sales operations, and people development to ensure the team meets and exceeds its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor sales team activities to achieve established targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans, campaigns and day‑to‑day actions aligned with the overall sales strategy.
• Analyse sales performance regularly and implement proactive measures to meet goals.
• Coordinate all elements of the sales process, including product, design services, order entry, logistics, installation, invoicing and collection.
• Work closely with corporate account associates to ensure account‑specific targets are met.
• Identify and streamline business processes with existing corporate clients to improve customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
• Conduct internal and external market analysis, including competitor behavior and customer needs.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year program, preferably Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations or sales management.
• Strong management, organisational and customer‑service skills.
• In‑depth product and business knowledge with a focus on integrity and customer focus.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good judgement, analytical ability and a team‑player mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and service‑oriented.
• Willingness to train, coach, supervise and motivate team members.
