Team Lead Account Management

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Management Team Lead in Doha. You will coach a team of account managers in building long-term, profitable relationships with their partners while also managing your own portfolio of partners and growing their business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex critical partners and personally handle key restaurant partner accounts, driving growth and satisfaction.
• Coach the team on end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation and building long-term profitable partnerships.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly targets on track and set clear expectations for each team member.
• Provide ongoing training and development, and maintain detailed reporting on team performance.
• Develop account management strategies to maximise partner success and revenue, and use data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner concerns and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Drive pipeline and attainment against team goals and identify process optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and 5+ years of experience, ideally in sales, account management or a related field.
• Comfortable in a transactional deal cycle, with a high level of ownership and dedication.
• Creative approach to engaging prospects.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker.
