About the role
As a Telephone Operator you are the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel. You will create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone, ensuring every inquiry is handled with professionalism and a personal touch, contributing to an exceptional stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming guest calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing callers to the appropriate hotel departments.
- Coordinate guest requests by liaising with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and other services to fulfill needs and special arrangements.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
- Manage wake‑up calls, message taking and delivery, emergency calls, and internal communications in line with hotel standards.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
Required profile
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering warm, personalized service.
- Integrity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to act with urgency and maintain composure under pressure.
