About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Telephone Operator to manage the hotel’s switchboard and support guest communications. The role involves handling calls, operating facsimile machines, and using various hotel computer systems to ensure seamless service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls for the hotel.
- Operate facsimile machines and manage outgoing communications.
- Utilize the hotel’s computer system and related software to support guest requests.
Required profile
- At least 24 months (2 years) of experience in telephone switchboard operations.
