About the role
The Tenders & Contracts Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end tendering process and oversee contract administration for oil & gas and EPC projects. The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to handle multiple high‑pressure deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Law or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tenders, contracts, commercial administration or proposal management.
- Previous experience with oil & gas, EPC or technical service companies, preferably in Qatar.
- Strong attention to detail, document‑control skills and professional written English.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders with strict deadlines.
- Valid QID and NOC; immediate joiners preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
